The Azerbaijani Parliament has approved a bill on the amendments and additions to the Labor Code.
"The bill submitted to the parliament upon the Azerbaijani President's initiative establishes Nov. 9 the State Flag Day," Azerbaijani permanent parliamentary committee on social policy chairman Hadi Rajabli told Trend .
Rajabli said the State Flag Day will be a non-working day.
