The placement of the Border Guard boats in the marine waters of Abkhazia does not give reasons to concern over yet, Georgian Deputy Foreign Ministry Nino Kalandadze said at the Monday briefing today.
According to her, Georgia does everything possible to prevent provocations.
"We are doing everything possible not to yield to provocations and comprehensively inform the international community," Kalandadze said noting that in this regard the EU monitoring mission will be an additional tool to demonstrate what Russia does in the occupied territories.
According to deputy chief of the Border guard Department of Rusia's FSB in Abkhazia Lieutenant-Colonel Oleg Frolov, three coastguard boats will be placed in Ochamchira.
