Georgian State Minister for Reintegration Temur Yakobashvili also welcomed President of Russia Dmitry Medvedev's wish to re-establish air links between the two countries.
"The politicians must promote good relations between peoples and nations. If Russia decides to resume air links, it's good, but if Russia wants to normalize relations with Georgia, it might start how it wants, but must complete this with de-occupation of our territories," said the State Minister.
