The next meeting of the committee for the inter-national cooperation Azerbaijan-Russia will be held in Baku on Dec. 21-23, Russian extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador to Azerbaijan Vladimir Dorokhin told Trend .
"The Federation Council Deputy Chairman Svetlana Orlova will head the Russian side but the Azerbaijani Parliament Vice-Speaker Valeh Aleskerov - the Azerbaijani side," ambassador said.
Dorokhin said that several MPs of the State Duma will arrive as a part of the Russian delegation.
