The second round of the Human Rights Dialogue between Georgia and the European Union took place in Brussels, the Georgian foreign ministry reported.
The dialogue was held in an open and constructive environment and wide range of issues related to the protection of human rights were discussed, as well as ways to enhance the Georgia- EU cooperation in the field of human rights.
The European side took note of the efforts towards the progress of Georgian side in advancing human rights situation in the country.
The sides agreed to hold the next Georgia-EU Human Rights Dialogue meeting in 2010.
