The Civil Service Commission under the Azerbaijani President and the Turkish State Personnel Department signed the 2010-2011 Action program today.
Commission Chairman Bahram Khalilov and Department Head Mehmet Tekinarslan undersigned the document.
The document envisages paying mutual reciprocal visits, conducting training and workshops and exchange of information. The program covers the mutual interests of the public service.
The document was signed as part of the Protocol on the Turkish-Azerbaijani cooperation in the development and support of public service management.
