Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov and his Turkish Counterpart Ahmet Davutoglu have launched a tête-à-tête meeting. The meeting takes place behind the closed doors.
Following their meeting, the ministers are expected to hold a joint news conference.
