Representatives of the Azerbaijani ruling New Azerbaijan Party (NAP) are participating in the 10th Congress of the People's Democratic Party of Tajikistan and its 15th anniversary, the NAP website reported today.
NAP Deputy Executive Secretary Mubariz Gurbanly and Political Board Member Mirkazim Kazimov are attending the event.
