Ukraine's citizens staying in Azerbaijan Jan. 17 will be able to participate in the elections of the Ukrainian President, the Ukraine's embassy in Azerbaijan told Trend .
Ukraine's citizens should come to the Ukraine's embassy in Azerbaijan situated in Baku, 49 Yusif Vazirov str. From 08:00 a.m. till 08:00 p.m. to participate in the elections.
Constituency No3 has been established in the embassy.
Ukraine's CEC opened 114 constituencies abroad. About 214 Ukraine's citizens, living in Azerbaijan, were included in a preliminary election list.
Roughly 18 candidates will compete for the post of the Ukrainian President. Major favorites are Prime-Minister Yulia Timoshenko and Regions Party Leader Viktor Yanukovich.
