The Council of Europe's AGO Group report on Azerbaijan and Armenia will be discussed at a meeting Jan. 20, the Azerbaijani Permanent Mission to the Council of Europe told Trend .
AGO Group members visited the two South Caucasus countries Nov. 20-25.
The report on Azerbaijan addressed issues of electoral law, freedom of speech, freedom of press, freedom of religion, the judicial and penal systems, and the results of a referendum held in March 2009. A paragraph of the report is devoted to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
The report is of informational character, and also carries recommendations for both countries.
