President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has received Turkish education minister Nimet Cubukcu, AzerTAj state news agency reported.
The President praised the Azerbaijan-Turkey relations, describing them as developing in different spheres, including in education.
President Ilham Aliyev expressed confidence the Turkish minister`s visit would contribute to boosting the educational cooperation between the two countries.
Cubukcu said it was her first visit to Azerbaijan in the capacity of Turkey`s education minister.
"Each time I come here I see great development and changes," said the Turkish minister, adding it had been achieved under President Ilham Aliyev.
Cubukcu emphasized the importance of boosting the two countries` educational cooperation.
"We have great potential to get it done," she added.
