President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed a decree awarding Mikhail Gusman the "Dostlug" Order ("Friendship"), for special merits in strengthening of cultural cooperation and mutual relations between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Russian Federation, AzerTAj state news agency reported.
