Vologda will hold Azerbaijani Culture Days in May. Azerbaijani Consul General in St. Petersburg Gudsi Osmanov and the Vologda regional governor signed an agreement sponsoring the event.
The Days of Azerbaijani Culture will commence in Vologda and end in Cherepovets.
The exhibition "Heydar Aliyev and the Vologda Region" will also be held, which will be dedicated to the memory of the Azerbaijani national leader.
