Azerbaijan has detained poachers, the Interior Ministry told Trend .
As a result of Neftchala Region Police Department operations, Islam Aliyev, Nefchala region's resident Elkhan Huseynov, Baku resident Shikhi Mamedov and Masalli region's resident Shahmar Kerimov have been arrested for illegal hunting in the village of Kholgarabusag.
Four rifles and 23 killed wild birds have been seized from them.
