Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev has sent a congratulatory letter to Karolos Papoulias on his re-election as President of Greece, AzerTAj state news agency reported.
The President expressed assurance to "further make joint efforts to develop friendly relations between Azerbaijan and Greece and continue the cooperation successfully both bilaterally and within international organizations and projects."
President Ilham Aliyev wished Karolos Papoulias robust health, happiness and successes in his activities for the welfare of the friendly people of Greece.
