An individual accused of selling a forged diploma was arrested in Azerbaijan.
Yagub Rustamov, arrested as a result of operational measures by Head Department on Combating organized crime, manufactured diploma on graduating Physical Training Teacher Faculty of Humanitarian College on the name of Dashkesan region's resident Arzu Gurbanov and sold it to Baku city's resident Hatamkhan Chobanov for 2000 manats.
The fact is under investigation.
