The current chairperson of the OSCE, the Secretary of State - Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan Kanat Saudabayev arrived in Baku.
Kazakhstan has taken the OSCE presidency in 2010.
During his trip to the South Caucasus countries on February 14-17, Kanat Saudabayev will hold talks with top officials of Azerbaijan, Armenia, and Georgia and also meet with representatives of political parties in these countries.
