Azerbaijan, Poland discuss combating transnational organized crime

Azerbaijani interior minister's meeting with the Polish delegation focused on issues of cooperation between the two countries in combating transnational organized crime.

Feb. 18, Interior Minister, Colonel General Ramil Usubov met with a delegation led by Head of National Security Bureau of Poland, Aleksander Shchiglo, who is on a visit to Azerbaijan, the press service of the Interior Ministry told Trend .

The meeting covered the fight against transnational crime and its various forms, emphasized the importance of further uniting efforts of both countries in this field, exchanging experiences and information that will reveal the crimes of international scale.
Highlighting the development of relations between Azerbaijan and Poland over recent years, the Interior Minister said that mutual visits and meetings of heads of both states and concluded agreements create a broad legal framework for the development of relations between the two countries and help them raise to a new level.
