Official information due to the murder that took place in Sumgait last week was spread.
According to Mirzoyev, the criminal case was filed on article 120.2.5 (premeditated murder committed for mercenary motives), 29, 120.5, 29, 120.27 (attempt to commit murder) and 228.1 (illegal purchase, transfer, sale, possession, transportation or carrying of firearms, component parts, ammunition (other than smooth-bore hunting weapons and ammunition), explosives or explosive devices) of the Criminal Code, press-services of the General Prosecutor's Office and the Interior Ministry said.
The investigation is underway.
On Saturday, at 07:45 a.m., two criminals killed Vugar Balayev, 25, by pistol "Makarov". His father, Ismail Balayev, 53, resisted criminals and injured his leg.
An operational-investigative group consisting of the staff of the General Prosecutor's Office and the Interior Ministry was establsihed. Criminals committed the crime have not been identified yet.
