A criminal case has been filed in connection with an explosion which took place in Baku's Binagadi District.
The criminal case has been filed on Article 314.2 (negligencecommitted on imprudence and entailed death of the victim or other heavy consequences) of the Criminal Code, Binagadi District Prosecutor's Office said.
Today Binagadi District Road Repair and Construction Administration building exploded at 05:29.
As a result of the explosion part of the house collapsed. Babayev Khoshbakht died under the ruins of the house. He was repairing the building.
The Emergency situations ministry's employees retrieved the dead body from the ruins.
The owner of the house is unknown yet, the Prosecutor's Office said. The case is under investigation.
