Georgian parliamentary speaker off to Ukraine to attend Yanukovych's inauguration

Chairman of the Georgian Parliament David Bakradze and Deputy Speaker Mikheil Machavariani went to Ukraine to attend the inauguration of Viktor Yanukovych.

Bakrdaze stated before the departure from Tbilisi airport, that presumably, a personal meeting will be held between the Georgian delegation and the newly elected president of Ukraine.

The Georgian President Mikhail Saakashvili will not attend the event. Bakradze said invitation to the inauguration is sent to the host country but the delegation completes the guests by themselves.

Bakradze expressed confidence that he will meet Yanukovych and discuss bilateral relations in Kiev.
