Upon the order by the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, was approved the Resolution on a single commemorative medal "65 Years of Victory in Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945", signed on 10 October 2008 in Bishkek, AzerTAj state news agency reported.
The Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan is in charge of taking necessary measures to implement the orders, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs - to notify the Executive Committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States on the implementation of internal procedures required for entry into force of this order.
