The first Georgian President's son Tsotne Gamsakhurdia stopped the hunger strike. His lawyer Keti Bekauri told journalists. He took the decision after request of the Catholicos Patriarch of All Georgia Ilia II.
Gamsakhurdia accused of attempted murder of his neighbor David Badzhelidze was arrested Oct. 27. Since then he went hungry, although drank juices and water.
His condition caused anxiety, once he once he fell into a coma.
Today Tbilisi City Court will renew hearing on Tsotne Gamsakhurdia's criminal case. Besides attempted murder his is charged with espionage in Russia's favour.
