During the visit of Spanish Foreign Minister Miguel Angel Moratinos to Tbilisi, Georgia will discuss the state strategy toward South Ossetia and Abkhazia.
The document has already been approved by the United States, Georgian State Reintegration Minister Temur Yakobashvili told journalists.
He said French Foreign Minister Bernard Kuchner expressed his willingness to convene a conference organized to assist the implementation of the concept.
Moratinos's visit to Georgia is scheduled for today.
