President Ilham Aliyev on 3 March received the credentials of newly appointed Ambassador of Denmark to Azerbaijan Ole Egberg Mikkelsen, AzerTAj state news agency reported. Sides have discussed several issues of bilateral interest. President Ilham Aliyev said relations between the two countries were developing successfully. Emphasizing good potential for cooperation between two countries, the President pointed out that there is a need for data exchange between the two countries. The President also said hopes are high that cooperation between Azerbaijan and Denmark in all spheres, especially in the sphere of economy, will develop. Ambassador Ole Egberg Mikkelsen conveyed greetings of the Queen Margrethe II of Denmark to the President of Azerbaijan. He said he will contribute to the broadening of relations between Denmark and Azerbaijan. President of Azerbaijan expressed gratitude for greetings from Queen Margrethe II of Denmark and asked the Ambassador to convey his greetings to the Queen.
