President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan sent a letter of congratulation to the President of the Republic of Ghana John Evans Atta Mills on country`s Independence Day, AzerTAj state news agency reported.
President Aliyev expressed hope the development of relations between Azerbaijan and Ghana would serve strengthening of friendly and cooperation ties between the two peoples.
President of Azerbaijan wished John Evans Atta Mills robust health, his people - tranquility and welfare.
