Turkmen Minister of Education Gulshat Mammadova was reprimanded.
Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhammedov signed the corresponding decree.
The document stressed poor execution of official duties, the low level of organization of work to implement reforms in the education system and delayed implementation of these orders.
