Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev signed an order awarding Bekir Nabiyev Ahmed oglu "Honorary Diploma of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic" for contributions to the development of literary science, AzerTAj State News Agency reported on Thursday.
According to other order, Ilham Aliyev granted Bekir Nabiyev Ahmed oglu personal scholarship of President of Azerbaijan Republic.
