Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signs Order to create culture centers under Azerbaijan's embassies in France and Uzbekistan, AzerTAj state news agency reported.
The Cabinet of Ministers is in charge of implementing all necessary measures to ensure the activities of cultural centers, as envisaged by the Order.
