The United States remains a Georgia's major partner, Georgian Ambassador to the United States Batu Kutelia told journalists in Tbilisi today.
Kutelia is attending a Georgian ambassadorial meeting today in the capital.
"The United States is a key strategic partner," he said. "This year, our efforts will focus on implementing the Charter on Strategic Partnership. It is important to expand the number of participants involved in Georgia-United States relations, and to actively involve representatives of business circles in these relations."
