Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on granting Presidential scholarships to students entering higher educational institutions of Azerbaijan in the 2010/2011 academic year, AzerTAj state news agency reported.
According to the decree, presidential scholarships will be provided to students who gained the highest points during the entrance exams in 2010/2011 academic year.
