Azerbaijani parliamentary speaker Ogtay Asadov and Turkish parliamentary speaker Cemil Cicek met in Ankara on Wednesday.
The meeting discussed close relations between the two brotherly countries, the need for their development, Turkey's support for Azerbaijan in the Nagorno-Karabakh issue and
Azerbaijan's constructive efforts to resolve the problem, the Azerbaijani Embassy in Turkey told Trend on Wednesday.
Cicek said that Turkey will continue supporting Azerbaijan in Nagorno-Karabakh.
During the visit to Turkey, the delegation headed by Ogtay Asadov visited the Ataturk mausoleum and was introduced to the Museum for the War of Independence.
