New advisers to the Musavat party's chairman were appointed at the meeting of the party's Council held on Saturday.
Mukhtar Jamilli, Nizameddin Guliyev, Mardan Mehdiyev and Yegana Hajiyeva have been appointed new advisers.
From an organizational and technical point of view, the party is ready to hold the congress, said Tofig Yagublu, a member of the organizing committee for the Musavat party's congress.
The so-called Public Chamber wants to hold a rally in April in front of Narimanov or Tabriz cinemas, said the functionary of the party Guloglan Aslanli.
