Kyrgyz President Almazbek Atmbayev signed a decree "On national security concept of Kyrgyz Republic", KyrTAG reported on Tuesday.
The concept was approved in accordance with the decision of Kyrgyz Defense Council in order to address, prevent, and neutralize threats and ensure national security on an appropriate level.
It also aims at strengthening and developing international cooperation in this sphere.
The concept also includes the new approach to ensuring security, as well as the protection of personal interests of the country's society and the Kyrgyz Republic.
