The TurkPA will take part at the summit of the Turkic-speaking states, which will take place in Bishkek in autumn, TurkPA Secretary General Ramil Hasanov told reporters on Friday.
When asked about possibility of Turkmenistan's membership to TurkPA, Hasanov said that if Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhammadov will participate at the summit of heads of states, it will be possible to hope that the country will be represented in TurkPA as an observer.
He said meetings of TurkPA four standing committees will be held in September-November.
TurkPA was established in Baku in 2009. The members of the organization are Azerbaijan, Turkey, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan.
TurkPA's main purpose is to strengthen the ties between the Turkic-speaking countries, to bring national legislations into line with international standards.
