President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today offered condolences to U.S. counterpart Barack Obama over a tragedy which claimed human lives in the State of Colorado.
The Head of State noted he was deeply saddened to hear the news.
On behalf of his own behalf and the people of Azerbaijan, President Ilham Aliyev offered heartfelt condolences to Barack Obama the families and relatives of the dead and all the people of America and wished the injured speedy recovery.
