President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has visited a newly built house of Gozbarakh village resident, Karabakh war veteran Mahir Soltanov.
Soltanov`s house was completely damaged in a quake that hit the northern-western part of the country this May.
Built by the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the new house occupies a total area of 241 square meters.
The two-storied house has five rooms. The house is resistant to a magnitude 9 quake.
The Head of State toured the house.
Soltanov thanked the President for his care and attention.
