Azerbaijan will never allow anyone to use its territory against neighboring countries, spokesman for the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry Elman Abdullayev said today.
He was commenting on the information about the opportunity of delivering Azerbaijani military bases to Israel for military actions against Iran, spread by foreign media.
"Azerbaijan adheres to good neighborly relations and will never agree to such an action.
