Parliamentary elections held in Georgia were well-organized and transparent, Azerbaijani Central Election Commission Chairman Mazahir Panahov told journalists on Wednesday.
Voters were active in the elections, Panahov said.
He said the opposition bloc reached certain advantage in the end.
"During the elections, we did not see the facts causing some concern," Panahov said.
The CEC has counted data from 3,590 (97.03 percent) out of 3,766 polling stations so far.
According to initial data, the opposition coalition "Bidzina Ivanishvili - Georgian Dream" continues to lead with 54.8 percent (1,154,533 votes).
The ruling party - "United National Movement-More Benefit for people" ranks second with 40.4 percent (845,169 votes).
