The Baku Executive Power has responded to the appeal of the so-called Public Chamber in connection with the rally, scheduled for October 13, the executive power told Trend on Wednesday.

The city administration has proposed the so-called Public Chamber to hold a rally in the yard of the driver training courses on the "20th section" in the Bibiheybat settlement, Sabail district.
