Police Chief of Dubai (UAE), Dahi Khalfan has accused the Muslim Brotherhood organisation's leader Mohamed Badia of interfering in the internal affairs of Arab countries in the Persian Gulf, Al Jazeera TV channel reported.
"We have evidence that the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt is interfering in the internal affairs of the Persian Gulf countries. Recently, head of the organisation Muhammad Badia received representatives of the Muslim Brotherhood UAE in Egypt. After holding consultations with them, Badia intends to achieve some of his goals in the Emirates," Khalfan said.
He also said that there is no problem between him and the Egyptian government. The only problem is the Muslim Brotherhood which is trying to blame him for a hostile attitude towards the Egyptian government.
According to Khalfan, the activity of the Muslim Brotherhood in the Persian Gulf countries is unacceptable and poses a threat.
"If the Egyptians agree with the advent of Muslim Brotherhood's rule, we will not accept it and will not allow it in the UAE and other Gulf countries," Khalfan said.
