Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov received the Ambassador of Saudi Arabia Fahd ibn Ali al-Doseri in connection with the end of his diplomatic mission.
Mammadyarov highly appreciated the activity of Fahd ibn Ali al-Doseri in Azerbaijan and noted his contribution to the development of bilateral relations, according to the press service of the Foreign Ministry on Thursday.
The meeting also discussed the current state of bilateral relations. The parties agreed to continue cooperation in international organizations.
The Minister wished the Ambassador success in his future endeavors.
In turn, al-Doseri said he left the country with a good impression and stated that Riyadh is interested in expanding cooperation with Azerbaijan.
