The Special State Protection Service has begun submitting to the government. Earlier, it submitted to the president. The Parliament has adopted the relevant amendments today by 88 votes to one.
From here on out, the Special State Protection Service will obey the government, not the president. The Prime Minister will appoint its head.
A special presidential protection service will be also established. It will directly submit to the President and will ensure his safety and the safety of his family.
