Russia and Armenia are sovereign countries and have established relations with each other in appropriate areas in ways compliant with international law, Russian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Vladimir Dorokhin said today.
He was commenting on information about Russia's arms supply to Armenia.
He added that the military-technical cooperation between Russia and Armenia is transparent.
"We report on all of our supplies to the United Nations," he said.
