Turkey will make a significant contribution to the development of the Georgian economy, Georgian Economy Minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili said today.
"There were mainly political meetings in Turkey," Kvirikashvili told media on Friday, commenting on the results of the Georgian government delegation's visit to Ankara. "I met with his counterpart and had a very productive conversation. Turkey is very optimistic about making investments in the Georgian economy. I think that significant investments will be made from this country. Turkey will make an important contribution to the development of the Georgian economy. We welcome this."
