Georgian parliament approves new ambassadors to several countries

The Georgian parliament at its plenary meeting has approved new ambassadors to ten countries today.

Candidates for the posts of ambassadors delivered their programs to MPs before they were appointed.

According to the candidates, their priorities are Georgia's Euro-Atlantic integration and the improvement of bilateral relations with the countries where they will represent Georgia.

Eka Siradze-Delaunay was appointed ambassador to France, Kakha Imnadze - to the UN, Lado Chanturia - to Germany, David Aptsiauri - to China, Mikhail Ukleba - to Ukraine, Zaza Kandelaki - to Hungary, Archil Gegeshidze - to the U.S, Teimuraz Janjalia - to Latvia, Karlo Sikharulidze - to Italy, Zaal Gogsadze - to the Czech Republic.

Gega Mgaloblishvili remains Georgia's representative to NATO.
