Chairman of the opposition Citizens and Development Party (CDP) Ali Aliyev met with the head of the EU Delegation to Azerbaijan, Ambassador Roland Kobia, the party's press service reported.
The meeting focused on the current state and prospects of relations between Azerbaijan and the EU, the possibilities of mutual cooperation and programs contributing to the integration of Azerbaijan into European institutions.
During the meeting, which was attended by the head of Policy, Economics, Press and Information Department of the EU Delegation to Azerbaijan Toralf Pilz and the chairman of the International Relations Department of CDP Farhad Maharramov, the sides exchanged views on the upcoming presidential elections in Azerbaijan.
