Askar Musinov was dismissed from his combined post of Kazakh ambassador to the United Arab Emirates and South Africa and was appointed executive secretary of the Kazakh Foreign Ministry, Akorda reported today.
"Askar Musinov was dismissed from his combined post of ambassador to the United Arab Emirates and the Republic of South Africa upon the presidential decree," Akorda said today. "According to another document, Askar Musinov was appointed executive secretary of the Kazakh Foreign Ministry."
Musinov served as ambassador to the United Arab Emirates and South Africa since 2006.
It should be recalled that previously, Rapil Zhoshybayev served as executive secretary of the Kazakh Foreign Ministry. According to the presidential decree, he was appointed Kazakh First Deputy Foreign Minister on May 23.
