Kazakh Secretary of State Marat Tajin received the Ukrainian Ambassador Oleg Demin, who completed his diplomatic mission, the press service of Acorda reported.
'The State Secretary conveyed congratulations on Ukraine's chairmanship in OSCE and approved Kazakhstan's willingness to maximally contribute towards the implementation of provisions of the Astana declaration, including construction of the Euro -Atlantic and Eurasian Security Community', the report said.
Tajin thanked the head of Ukrainian diplomatic mission for his significant contribution to deepening bilateral cooperation between Kazakhstan and Ukraine.
For his part, the ambassador noted that his activities in Astana were fruitful for the development of Kazakh-Ukraine cooperation in trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian spheres. The Ukrainian diplomat stressed that intergovernmental relations between the two countries had reached a high, qualitative level.
