The first Eastern Partnership Justice and Home Affairs ministerial meeting will be held on October 7-8 in Luxembourg, Lithuanian Presidency of the EU Council official website said on Friday.
According to the report, the meeting is being held by the Lithuanian Presidency of the EU Council and European Commission.
Representatives of Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Republic of Moldova and Ukraine will join the EU ministers to discuss further reforms and cooperation on justice, interior and migration issues.
Fight against corruption and EU policy on fighting serious organized and transnational crime will also be discussed at the meeting.
The Lithuanian EU Council Presidency supports holding Eastern Partnership Justice and Home Affairs ministerial meetings on a regular basis.
